Thick fog surrounds evergreen trees in the Paradise area of Mount Rainier National Park. Often when visiting this park in Washington State, the mountain that gives the park its name is not visible. And at 6,000 feet in elevation, visitors often find themselves enveloped in the clouds. When that happens, one has to forget about the iconic mountain shots and find other things to photograph!
