Description
Maple trees add a pop of yellow foliage to Multnomah Falls on a wet and misty autumn day. At a total height of 620 feet between two drops, it is the most iconic and well-known of all waterfalls in Oregon and a common stop for tourists driving the Historic Columbia River Highway from the nearby city of Portland. The historic Benson Footbridge was built over the lower falls in 1915.
