Artist's Description
"Electric Snake"
The Aurora Borealis, commonly known as the Northern Lights, dances in the winter night sky over beached icebergs on the famous "diamond beach" in Southern Iceland. The ice washes ashore from nearby glaciers in Vatnajokull National Park, home of Europe's largest ice cap outside of the Arctic. Auroral activity is unpredictable, however it tends to be more active in the fall and spring months. Green is the most commonly seen color, but sometimes if you're lucky other colors like red and purple can be seen too.

My goal through photography is not only to produce art that brightens homes, but also to inspire people to conserve the places I visit.
